About the Journal

Welcome to the Canadian Journal of Program Evaluation

The Canadian Journal of Program Evaluation (CJPE) is an open-access, bilingual journal that aims to advance the academic and professional knowledge base of ‘program evaluation’ an interdisciplinary, applied domain of inquiry and practice. We are dedicated to the accessible publication of solid evaluation knowledge. With our permanent Roots and Relations section (R&R), we raise Indigenous voices in evaluation and work towards decolonizing the publication process. R&R authors use a decolonized review process and author agreement, marking significant steps in making scholarly publication a more culturally relevant and sovereign endeavour.
